| You have an existing image and you want to add an animation to it.
Follow these steps to create the new image with Paint Shop Pro and Animation Shop
You have your logo open in Paint Shop Pro (PSP)
Open Animation Shop (AS). Click on
FileJASC Software ProductsLaunch Animation Shop
Open the animation file you want to add to your logo.
***NOTE - It opens in AS with different frames named F:1,F:2,F:3,...
Take Note of how many Frames are in the animated file. (Scroll the slide bar all the way to the right) In this case there are 23 frames (the last Frame is F:23)
Go back to PSP and copy your logo to the clipboard.(You could open it in AS but either way you need a copy of it on the clipboard)
Click EditClick Copy
Go back to AS and paste your logo as a new animation. Click EDITPasteAs New Animation
You need the same # of frames in your logo animation that you have in the star animation [23].
Paste the logo image After the current frame 22 more times
Click EditPasteAfter Current FrameTIMESAVER- Or Just press Shift+control+L (at the same time) 22 times
Activate your STAR animation by clicking on it and select all frames
Click EditSelect AllTIMESAVER- Or Just press Control + A
Copy all frames
Click EditCopyTIMESAVER- Or Just press Control + C
Activate your LOGO animation by clicking on it and select all frames
Click EditSelect AllTIMESAVER- Or Just press Control + A
Paste the star into the selected frames.
Click EditPasteInto Selected FrameTIMESAVER- Or Just press Control + E
You will notice that you can position the star with the mouse. Find the position that you want it to display and then left click. It will be pasted to that location in every frame.
View your animation.
Click ViewAnimation
If you like the way it looks close the view screen and click file save as - Give it a name and presto - you are done.
If you dont like it - close the view screen and click Edit undo. Then try it in another position.
If you want to add more animations repeat steps 10 & 11.
